Questions and answers

AI English Tutor FAQ

These answers explain how to use AI for English practice without expecting it to do everything for you.

Can AI really help me learn English?

Yes, AI can help you practice more often. It can ask questions, correct short answers, suggest better phrases and give examples. It is most useful when you give it a clear task.

Is an AI English tutor enough without a human teacher?

Not always. AI can be a useful practice partner, but it should not replace every teacher, coach or real conversation. Use a human teacher or trusted speaker when accuracy really matters.

Is this for A2 or B1 learners?

Yes. Many examples are written for A2/B1 learners because practical, clear language is especially useful at that level.

Can I use this for job interview English?

Yes. You can practice common interview questions, short answers and better examples. Do not paste private company information or sensitive personal details into AI tools.

Is the starter kit free?

The English Speaking Practice Starter Kit is a free practice resource. Use the form to request it. The site does not currently claim a paid app, formal test or unlimited AI tutor access.

Does this give me a CEFR score?

No. SpeakEasy may use A2/B1 labels to make examples easier to understand, but it does not provide an official CEFR score or certificate.

What should I not share with AI?

Do not share passwords, private documents, confidential work data, school records, medical details, financial details or other sensitive personal information.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. AI can give unnatural, incomplete or overconfident corrections. If something sounds strange, ask for another version, compare it with a trusted source or ask a human teacher.

Where should I start?

Start with one short answer. Then use the starter kit or the AI English Practice guide to build a routine.
